What Did We Do?

An experienced Togather account manager worked hand in glove with Boohoo to source the ideal catering suppliers to match their event briefs. Our management included collecting quotes from suppliers who were able to serve a high number of portions in a short time frame, handling of supplier documentation, and the logistical operations such as supplier placement in a small outdoor space, and power and water supplies.

Only The Best

We worked with the selected suppliers to create a tailored, mouthwatering menu and made sure that all dietary requirements and preferences were catered to. Selected cuisines included Mexican, fish & chips, loaded fries and burgers. The number of portions were evenly split across the suppliers. Each supplier provided a 10-20% contingency in case one option was more popular than the others.
