51st State is a day-festival held in North London's Trent Park every August which celebrates house, tech, disco, and garage music amongst other genres. 51st State enlisted the help of Togather to manage the street food and VIP offerings at their event.

What Did We Do?

Togather’s event management team provided end-end support, which included the handling of supplier documentation and payments, alongside logistical operations, such as overseeing load-in and de-rig. Togather also provided an on-site manager for the duration of the festival, to ensure the smooth running of the event.

Going The Extra Mile

Togather worked closely with the 51st State team to curate a line up of suppliers to suit the individual event demographic. Suppliers were selected for 51st state based on their ability to turn around between 200-300 portions per hour, keeping queue times at a minimum whilst maintaining the Togather standard of quality. Thanks to the data we collected at previous events, we had unparalleled knowledge of the attendee's cuisine and menu-item preferences. We were able to learn from this data to improve the food offerings to best suit this audience.
