Wellington College enlisted the help of Togather to curate a line-up of dessert suppliers for their graduation event. The brief was for Togather to provide suppliers who ensured a variety of options and allowed for a relaxed atmosphere following a formal sit-down meal.

We carefully curated the ultimate line-up of dessert suppliers to feed 800 guests at the Wellington College 2019 graduation. The selected suppliers fit the brief to provide a relaxed service following a more formal sit-down dinner, allowing guests to mingle while choosing their dessert. Togather ensured that there was a good selection to suit all taste buds and dietary requirements. Each supplier provided 400x portions, allowing guests to indulge in multiple desserts throughout the evening.
An experienced Togather account manager acted as a single point of contact to book and manage all suppliers for the event. Togather prepared all the contracts and invoices and gathered all necessary documentation and supplier power requirements. The team handled all onsite logistics including supplier placement and management of load-in and de-rig times.
