At GALA, Togather curates a local-first food lineup that mirrors the festival and its location's cultural identity.
This year, we were proud to shape the entire food and drink experience, activating leading London restaurants and street food brands to create an offering that felt unmistakably of its place: vibrant, inclusive and community-driven. The result was an F&B experience that didn't just feed the crowd, it captured the spirit of Peckham itself. For GALA's 10th anniversary, that local-first approach went further still: half the trader lineup came from Peckham itself, activated across six dedicated moments through the festival, unmistakably Peckham from start to finish.
