Vaso Kitchen was born in 2016, a tribute to the inspiring Indian cuisine Steven Patel grew up with. His grandmother’s cooking sparked a passion, leading Steven to master and eventually put his own spin on those incredible family dishes.
Vaso Kitchen has proven its cred at some of the North's best events and breweries. They have built a strong reputation at places like: Grub, Peddler Market, Summer Beer Thing, Cloudwater, Magic Rock, Levy Market, Scrancoats, and Eat North—to name just a handful.
