In 2022, Jack and his brother Luke got sick of their 9-5s and decided to quit in favour of purchasing a street food truck in Skegness and setting up a Manchester street food business. They've since gone from strength to strength, dishing up only the freshest gyros from their street food truck, permanent location in Chorlton, and delivery kitchen in Leeds.
