After backpacking around the world husband and wife team Will & Claire realised there was a gap in the UK market for Chicago-style Italian beef sandwiches - and Packed was born. Summer 2024 was their first season and they have tapped into a growing sandwich boom in the UK, already popping up at festivals and sporting events across the UK and still hand cutting and slicing every batch of beef themselves.
